新方向高压开关有限公司经营状况调查研究 【摘要】本文以山东新方向高压开关有限公司经营状况为研究对象，简要介绍了公司的基本情况，并以对其现状的具体了解为基础，对进行分析。问题并等方面入手，提出相应的建议与对策，主要包括The Investigation in the Operating Conditions of Shandong NewDdirection of High Voltage Switch Limited Company 【Abstract】This thesis makes Shandong New Direction of High Voltage Switch Limited Company as the object of research and introduces briefly the company’s basic situation. It also carries on the analysis operating conditions based on its present concrete understanding of its operation. According to the analysis, I find out some problems of the independent innovation, traditional management, the unfamous brand, narrow sales channels, the chaos financial management, unperfect human resources management. At the same time, it analyzes reasons of these problems and makes some corresponding suggestions in the aspects of production, finance, internal management, sales, personnel management, safety standards and so on. These solutions mainly include enlarging the enterprise, establishing a modern enterprise system, taking technical innovation, expanding new production bases, marketing, building up a famous brand, perfecting the financial system etc. I hope that it can provide beneficial model for the improvement company’s operating conditions and instruct. 【Keywords】Shandong new direction of high voltage switch Co., LTD; operating conditionss; problems; reasons; solutions 1 引言 在经济全球化的今天，中国的企业要在全球范围的竞争中生存下去，必须在战略的高度上重视随着经济的发展和人们生活水平的提高，物质产品的日益丰富，在经济全球化的今天，中国的企业要在全球范围的竞争中生存下去，必须在战略的高度上重视的在成立之但是近几年来成为了企业发展的障碍急需改进与完善。如等都在一定程度上阻碍了公司的有效管理，长远上制约公司的发展。本文针对实际情况，在国内外学者研究的基础上，利用资料分析、实地调查、专家座谈、归纳总结等方法，概括总结了的现状剖析该企业在方面存在的问题，并针对其问题提出了改进公司的对策和建议，以期对该企业的管理提供理论支持和实践指导。①750千伏电压等级高压开关（系统最高工作电压800千伏），是西北电网主网架电压，也是目前中国正式运行的最高电压等级高压开关，是公司的最新生产工艺。②500千伏电压等级高压开关，是公司最主要的营销产品。是西北以外其它区域电网的主网架电压，2009年尽管新增装机有限，但华东等一些区域电网的电网容量已达1亿千瓦以上，强化区域电网内部结构在所难免，因此需要500千伏开关设备数量还很大。可以预测2010年500千伏GIS国内企业供货量可以达到250个间隔以上。③330千伏电压等级高压开关，主要供应于中小企业的中小型变压器。原是西北电网主网架电压，随着新的更高电压
