Basing on the detailed analysis of the task manager’s basis theory knowledge, the article designs and develops the task manager system based on Android platform. First of all, the article introduces the main platform of mobile phones, and analyses the current situation. Then it expounds the framework of Android platform. Secondly, it analyses the requirement analysis and detailed design of the task manager based on Android platform. Finally, the article designs and develops the task manager system based on Android platform. After testing, the system satisfy the design requirements and has a certain feasibility.
