保障房项目信息管理系统规划设计与评价 　　摘要：项目信息管理系统在各种工程项目建设中均有应用，其在提高资源利用率、工作效率和管理水平上均有很好的效果。保障房是国家为了改善人民群众居住条件，促进房地产市场健康发展而大力推进的工程，其具有与一般的房地产项目不同的特点。因此通过调查了解项目信息管理系统在保障房建设中的应用现状，对保障房建设特点进行分析总结，以此提高保障房项目建设中计算机技术的应用能力。本文以现代项目管理理念为核心，集成先进信息技术，规划设计了基于网络平台和数据库的保障房工程项目管理信息系统，并且基于成本效益分析法建立系统应用效益评价模型，为建设项目的各参与方提供高效的信息交流，提升了施工单位总体管理水平。 　　Abstract： The project information management system has been applied in all kinds of construction projects， which has a good effect in improving the utilization of resources， working efficiency and management level. Affordable housing is the project vigorously promoted by the counry in order to improve the living conditions of the people and promote the healthy development of the real estate market， which has different characteristics compared with the general real estate projects. Therefore， through the investigation， to understand the status of the project information management system applied in the construction of affordable housing， to analyze the characteristics of affordable housing construction， so as to improve the application of computer technology in the construction of affordable housing projects. Taking the concept of modern project management as the core， and with the advanced information technology， this paper has planned and designed the affordable housing project management information system based on the network platform and database， and has established the evaluation model of system application performance based on cost benefit analysis， in order to provide efficient information exchange， and improve the overall management level of the construction unit for the participants. 　　?P键词：工程管理信息系统；保障房；成本效益分析法 　　Key words： engineering management information systems；affordable housing；cost-benefit analysis 　　中图分类号：TN948.61 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-4311（2017）12-0015-03 　　0 引言 　　随着国民经济的飞速发展，工程建设项目投资越来越大、工程建设项目管理越来越精细、工程建设项目质量要求越来越严格。因此，随着国家信息化战略的推进，从建筑行业到建筑企业，都迫切地需要利用信息技术来推进项目的现代化管理。随着中国加入WTO，现代化、国际化的竞争对施工企业的管理提出的更高要求将进一步促使管理从粗放式向集约式转变[1]，可以通过建立管理信息
