基于DEA的小城镇土地利用效率问题研究—以师宗县为例.pdfVIP

摘要 土地是经济社会发展的稀缺资源，县域经济是国民经济的基本单元。随着 城市化的加速发展，县级城市在我国城镇体系中的地位和作用日益重要，县级 城市的土地利用是推进城镇化进程、统筹城乡发展、解决三农问题、促进经济 发展等的关键环节，关系到资源的有效配置以及人民生活质量和城市的可持续 发展。本文在前人研究的基础上，借鉴相关的研究经验，以师宗县为例，对其 城镇土地利用效率问题进行研究。首先对国内外相关研究进行了综述，阐述了 研究的内容和方法；其次基于师宗县城镇土地利用情况，利用DEA- Malmquist方法对其城镇土地利用效率进现状行了分析；之后在其评价结果的基 础上，对师宗县城市土地利用中存在的问题进行了阐述，并提出了相关解决办 法。 【关键词】：土地利用效率；DEA分析；Malmquist指数 Abstract Land is the scarce resources of economic and social development, county economy is the basic unit of the national economy. With the accelerated development of the city, the status and role of county-level city in Chinas urban system become more and more important, the land use of the city is the key link to promote the process of urbanization, urban and rural development, solving the problems of agriculture, promote economic development, related to the effective allocation of resources and the quality of peoples life and city sustainable development. Based on the previous research, the experience related, taking Shizong County as an example, conducts the research to the problem of urban land use efficiency. The related research at home and abroad are reviewed, expounds the contents and methods of research; secondly the utilization situation of Shizong County Based on the urban land, urban land use efficiency status were analyzed using the DEA-Malmquist method based on the evaluation results; later on, on the existing urban land use in Shizong County, this paper discusses the issues and put forward relevant solutions.
