摘要 随着世界经济的发展，人们生活水平的不断提高，花卉已经成了人们美化生活、 陶冶情操、传递情谊的一种文化产品。市场需求不断增加，生产规模迅速扩大，花卉 业已成为当今世界最具活力的新兴产业之一。云南得天独厚的自然环境和丰厚的花 卉资源，为云南花卉业的发展提供了条件。长期以来中国云南省被称为“植物王国”, 丰富的自然植物资源是云南省的独特优势。目前，云南已成为亚洲最大的鲜切花生产 中心和产地市场。然而，通过调查研究数据显示，云南是花卉大省但不是花卉强省。 与国外和相关省份相比，云南省花卉出口面临专业化程度低、对花卉产业的科技投入 力度不足、其他省份花卉产业威胁、运 物流体系不健全、知识产权保护力度不够等 一系列问题和原因。本文对其所面临的问题和挑战进行了探讨，并且探索提出了提升 云南花卉产业核心竞争力的一些建议：加大对花卉科技投入的力度，加快花卉科研人 才培养和花农教育，加快物流发展、完善市场体系、加大花卉知识产权的保护力度、 竭力开拓国际新兴市场、借鉴他国花卉产业发展经验等。 [关键字] 云南花卉;花卉出口;问题;对策 Abctract With the development of world economy, people life level unceasing enhancement, the flower has become people beautify life, edify sentiment, feelings of a kind of cultural products. Increasing market demand, the production scale expands rapidly, the flower has become one of the worlds most dynamic emerging industries.Unique natural environment and rich flower resources in Yunnan,it provides conditions for the development of horticulture in Yunnan province. For a long time Chinas Yunnan province is known as the kingdom of plants, rich natural plant resources are the unique advantages of Yunnan province. At present, Yunnan has become the biggest producer of cut flower production center and Asia market. However, through investigation and study, according to data in Yunnan province is the largest flower but not a powerful province of flowers. Compared with the abroad and the related provinces, Yunnan flower export faces the low degree of specialization, the lack of investment in science and technology of the flower industry, threat of flower industry in other provinces, transport logistics system is not sound, do not pay enough attention to the protection of intellectual property rights and a series of problems and the reasons.
