摘 要 产业结构在区域经济发展过程中占有极重要的地位和具有不可替代的作用。 首先产业结构是区域经济结构的一个重要组成部分，是反映区域发展状态是否 良好的风向标。产业结构是否先进，能否充分体现区域优势，能否及时有效地采 取措施推动自身的转型和升级并带动就业，是事关区域经济可持续发展的关键 因素。区域经济发展过程本质上就是一个产业结构不断优化和演变的过程；并且 ，产业结构和就业结构有着千丝万缕的联系，产业结构的调整是及时地对当时的 经济发展情况所作出的反应，为实现经济持续、稳定增长，社会和谐提供动力。 产业结构是经济增长的核心因素之一，通过改变产业结构来改变劳动力就业结 构，实现产业结构和就业结构优化配置，是效益最高，产出最大化的基本条件。 因此就业结构能否得到改善直接影响经济的健康发展和国家现代化的实现。 [关键词] 产业结构；就业结构；调整；区域经济发展 Abstract The industrial structure in the process of regional economic development plays an important role and has an irreplaceable role.
