本科毕业论文 我国民营企业融资环境分析 作 者 王一婷  内 容 摘 要 我国民营企业在我国国民经济中所起的作用是有目共睹的，特别是在我国加入WTO，国企改革和西部大开发中，民营企业起到关键作用，而民营企业“融资难”的问题已严重制约我国民营企业的发展，也间接影响我国经济的高速发展。它已引起我国政府和有关部门以及各地方政府的高度重视，并纷纷制定扶持政策以支持民营企业的发展。 本文通过对我国民营企业发展的历史回顾，以理论分析作为基础，阐述了民营企业融资环境的现状，论文集中分析了民营企业“融资难”的具体表现，重点讨论了“融资难”产生的原因，并通过与国外中小企业的融资环境进行对比，最终得出改善我国民营企业融资环境的几点建议。 本文共包括以下六部分： 第一部分，阐述民营企业的相关概念及发展现状。 第二部分，介绍民营企业“融资难”产生原因的理论依据。 第三部分，主要对我国民营企业的融资环境进行现状分析。 第四部分，研究我国民营企业“融资难”的原因。 第五部分，采用对比分析的方法对国外中小企业融资环境进行分析，对解决“融资难”起到借鉴作用。 第六部分，经过以上分析，归纳总结出营造民营企业宽松融资环境的几点建议。 关键词:民营企业 融资环境 融资方式 Abstract Non-state-owned enterprises play a decisive key role. They are obviously vital in China’s domestic economy, especially following China’s entrance to the WTO, the reform of its state-owned enterprises and the development of its western regions. The difficulty of financing, which is the biggest problem for non-state-owned enterprises, has seriously restricted the development of these enterprises in China as well as indirectly influenced the rapid advancement of national economy. The difficulty of financing has caught high-level attention of Chinese central government and its relevant departments as well as provincial and municipal governments and indeed made supporting policies to accomplish this target. This thesis states the process of development of non-state-owned enterprises, and looks into the theoretical basis. It through analyses the financing infrastructure of non-state-owned enterprises, and explores the reasons of financing difficulties. Comparing with international small and medium-sized enterprises, this thesis gives a reference on how to solve financing difficulties, and states some suggestions on building wide financing infrastructure finally. This thesis can be divided into six parts: Firstly, it briefly states the relevant concepts of non-state-owned enterprises and the current conditions of the development. Secondly, it looks into the theoretical basis surrounding the causes of these financing difficulties. Thirdly
