lockout / tagout (control of hazardous energy) 设备锁定／标识（危险能源控制） 1.0 PURPOSE目的 The purpose of this procedure is to prescribe the use of lockout devices and other methods to control the unexpected energization, start-up or release of stored energy from machines or equipment that could cause injury to employees during the servicing and maintenance of such equipment. Procedures will be developed, documented, and utilized in compliance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.147, Control of Hazardous Energy as promulgated by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). 本程序为设备维修和操作过程中使用锁定装置或其它方法控制可能对员工产生伤害的设备能源出现非预期的启动或释放提供指导。 2.0 SCOPE范围 This procedure applies to all ArvinMeritor employees (including temporary and contracted service employees) and outside contractors who are performing the servicing and maintenance of ArvinMeritor facility equipment and machines that have one or more sources of energy to be isolated and controlled.
