To ensure safety of construction works to be carried out in the Center, we agree to the terms below: 1. 特装施工单位必须严格遵守《西安绿地笔克国际会展中心特装展 位施工安全 管理规定》以及其他相关规章制度，服从西安绿地笔克 国际会展中心的施工 监督管理和检查，确保施工和人身安全。 1.The Contractor will comply strictly with “Special Design Booth Construction Safety Management Regulations” of Xi’an Greenland Pico InternationalConvention ExhibitionCenter and other relevant rules and regulations. The Contractor accepts the supervision and inspection of the Center over construction matters to ensure constructionand personalsafety. 2. 特装施工单位在施工中必须遵守有关消防安全条例和展览中心各 项安全管 理规定。 2.The Contractorwill comply strictlywith allfire safety regulationsand safety managementregulationsoftheCenter. 3. 特装施工单位在进馆施工布撤展以及运输过程中如有违反《西安 绿地笔克国 际会展中心特装展位施工安全管理规定》中的条款，所 造成的人员伤亡火灾 及场馆建筑设施损坏等一切安全责任事故，由 施工单位全部负责，并承担由 此给西安绿地笔克国际会展中心造成 的所有名誉及经济损失。 3. If the Contractor violate “Special Design Booth Construction Safety Management Regulations” of Xi’an Greenland Pico International Convention ExhibitionCenter during boothsetup,dismantlingand transportation, itwill bearall responsibilities including lossof lifeor personal injury, loss due to fire or damage to the facilities and/or venue, and loss of
