双丹缓释片治疗瘀血痹阻型胸痹的 实验研究 杨倩 王四旺* （第四军医大学：药学系药物研究所 中国西安710033） 【摘 要】 目的 探讨双丹缓释片治疗瘀血痹阻型胸痹的作用及其机制。方法 采用食 饵性动脉粥样硬化法模拟出瘀血痹阻型胸痹模型，并设立空白组、模型组、双丹缓释片高、中、低剂量组和阳性药组，从心电图、血液流变学、氧自由基等方面观察并比较双丹缓释片的作用及特点。结果 双丹缓释片具有明显降低TC、TG，升高HDL，改善全血粘度、血浆粘度，降低纤维蛋白原及血清丙二醛；纠正NO/ET失衡；降低LDH及CPK含量等作用。结论 双丹缓释片通过改善血液流变性、抗氧化和修复血管内皮功能，从而达到防治胸痹的目的。 【关键词】双丹缓释片；胸痹；瘀血 【中图分类号】R285.6 【文献标识码】A Empirical study of Shuangdan extended action tablet curing the hematic numbness type thoracic obstruction Yang Qian ,Wang Siwang* Institute of Materia Medica, School of pharmacy; Fourth Military Medical University, Xian, Shanxi province, 7l0032, China 【Abstract 】 Objective To investigate the effectiveness and mechanism of the therapeutic action of Shuangdan extended action tablet for the hematic numbness type thoracic obstruction. Methods This animal model is induced by high lipid food to induce artherosclerosis, modeling the hematic numbness type thoracic obstruction animal, and set up different groups to oberve the therapeutic action and characteristic of Shuangdan extended action tablet. Results Shuangdan extended action tablet can obviously reduce TC,TG,increase the HDL, improve blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, reduce the fibrinogen and malonaldehyde, retrieve unbalance of NO/ET, cut down the contents of LDH and CPK.
