分光光度法测定制革脱毛用酶活性的研究

摘要：本文采用简便的分光光度法间接地衡量制革常用脱毛蛋白酶中胶原酶活性的强弱。选取天然底物实
验，确定最佳条件。本方法易于在制革实验室中得到应用。
