中国科技论文在线 华北农学报·2003，1 8(2)：60．62 家畜沤肥浸渍液对蔬菜 抗病性相关酶活性及叶绿素含量的影响 高 芬，马利平，乔雄梧，郝变青 (山西省农业科学院植物保护研究所，山西 太原 030031) 摘要：3种蔬菜经沤肥浸渍液(猪粪、马粪、牛粪浸渍液)处理后，黄瓜叶内过氧化氢酶，青椒叶内多酚氧化酶和番 茄叶内B一1，3一葡聚糖酶活性及黄瓜叶内叶绿素含量与对照相比有明显的增加。青椒叶内苯丙氨酸解氨酶、p一1，3 一 葡聚糖酶活性增幅较小。上述酶活性及叶绿素含量的增高表明植物抗病性的增强，说明沤肥浸渍液对 3种蔬菜的 抗病性具有诱导效应。沤肥浸渍液中，猪粪浸渍液的诱导效果最好。 关键词：沤肥浸渍液；抗病性相关酶活性；诱导抗性；蔬菜 中圈分类号：S141．4 文献标识码：A 文献编号：1000—7091(2003)02—0060—03 The Effects of Compost Extracts of Livestock Manure on the Chlorophyll Content and the Activity of the Disease Resistance Related Enzymes in Vegetables GAO Fen，MA Li—ping，QIAO Xiong—wu，HAO Bian—qing (Institute of Plant Protection，Shanxi Academy of Agricuhural Sciences，Taiyuan 030031，China) Abstract：Compost extracts of livestock manure have remarkable preventive function to plant disease．The paper studies the changes of the chlorophyll contents and the activity of several enzymes inside three vegetables after they have been treated with compost extracts of pig manure，horse manure and COW manure．The experiment result shows that，compared with the control，the activity of CAT in leaves of cucumbers，of PPo in leaves of green peppers，of t3_1，3一dextranase in leaves of tomatoes and the content of chlorophyll in leaves of cucumbers increased obviously；the activity of PAL，J3—1，3一dextranase in leaves of green peppers increased slightly．The paper concluded that as the activity of the enzymes mentioned above and the chlorophyll contents are in positive relation to the disease resistance of plants，the compost extracts of livestock manure have resistance inducing function to the three vegetables and the compost extracts of pig manure is the most effective among the three types discussed． Key words：Co mpost extracts；Activity of disease resistance—relate
