22例胰腺实性―假乳头状瘤患者CT结果研究 　　[摘要] 目的 对胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤（SPTP）的CT表象进行分析。 方法 回顾性分析2012年11月～2013年1月武警浙江省总队嘉兴医院消化内科收治的胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤患者22例CT报告及病程记录。 结果 癌变部位在胰脏头部9例，胰脏体部或尾部10例，腹膜后2例；CT平扫结果提示肿瘤为圆形、卵圆形或呈现分叶形，边缘较清楚，大多可见完整的包膜；CT下可见肿瘤内部有囊性与实性成分，CT下囊性与实性成分分布情况为：6例囊实性成分比例接近，13例囊性成分为主，3例实性成分为主。 结论 CT扫描是SPTP的有效诊察方法，对不同表象的CT报告结果进行分析探讨可以有效提高诊断正确率。 [关键词] 胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤；CT；诊断 [中图分类号] R445.3 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-7210（2014）02（b）-0096-03 Analysis CT results of 22 cases with solid pseudopapillary tumor of pancreas WANG Liming1 ZHANG Jingjing2 1.Department of Radiology， Jiaxing Hospital of People’s Armed Police Corps in Zhejiang Province， Jiaxing 314000， China； 2.Nanjing Medical University， Jiangsu Province， Nanjing 210029， China [Abstract] Objective To analyze the CT results of 22 cases with solid pseudopapillary tumor of pancreas. Methods The CT reports and progress notes of 22 patients with SPTP in Jiaxing Hospital of People’s Armed Police Corps in Zhejiang from November 2012 to January 2013 were retrospective analyzed. Results 9 cases with cancer were in pancreatic head， 10 cases were in pancreatic body or tail， 2 cases were in retroperitoneal； CT scan results suggested that the tumor was round， oval or rendering of leaf， and edge was more clearly visible， most were seen as intact membrane； cystic and solid components inside the tumor visible were observed by CT， 6 cases with ratio of cystic and solid component was closely， 13 cases were dominanted with cystic component， 3 cases were dominanted with solid component. Conclusion CT scan is an effective diagnostic method for SPTP， analysis and discuss to the results of CT can improve the diagnostic accuracy. [Key words] Solid pseudopapillary tumor of pancreas； CT； Diagnosis 经济水平的提升使得人们的生活质量得到了一定程度的改善，现代人们对于医疗保健的重视程度也随之增高，而消化道疾病作为临床上发病率较高的一类疾病，更是受到了社会各界的广泛关注。消化道肿瘤在消化道疾病中占有较大的比重，然而胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤（SPTP）却是一种在临床上较为少见、发病率较低，组织来源尚未得到统一定论的分化程度较低的恶性肿瘤[1]。据统计，这类肿瘤在所有胰腺良性与恶性肿瘤中的比例仅为2.7%，且绝大多数的发病群体为年轻女性[2]。在临床上常用的辅助诊察手段有CT、超声诊察等，对于疾病的发现与确诊有着重要意义。因此，本
