妇产科腹部手术切口感染危险因素调查研究和预防对策 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨妇产科腹部手术切口感染的相关危险因素，并提出相应的预防对策。 方法 选取该院收治的60例行腹部手术后切口感染的患者为观察组，选取60例行腹部手术后切口未发生感染的患者作为对照组，对两组患者的病例资料进行分析，探讨出现切口感染的危险因素，并探讨相应的预防对策。 结果 经过对比可以发现，观察组患者中由于肥胖引起的切口感染所占比例为35%，由于手术时间过长引起的比例为21.67%，由于消毒不到位引起的比例为13.33%，由于基础性疾病未预防用药引起的比例为16.67%，由于病室污染引起的比例为8.33%，由于换药拖延引起的比例为5%。通过采取合理的治疗方案，60例感染患者伤口全部愈合。 结论 引起切口感染的因素有肥胖、手术时间、消毒、预防用药、病室污染、换药拖延等，应当针对这些问题采取相应的预防对策，这样才能提高手术的质量。 [关键词] 妇产科腹部手术；切口感染；危险因素 [中图分类号] R713 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2013）06（c）-0024-02 The Analysis of Risk Factors and Prerntive Measures of A bdominal Incision Infection in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology LUO Junhua Deapartment of obstetric and Gynacology，The fifth people；s hospital of pingding shan，Ping dingshan 467000，China [Abstract] Objective To analysis the department of gynecology and obstetrics abdominal surgery incision infection associated risk factors， and put forward the corresponding prevention measures. Methods We selected were sixty routine incision infection after abdominal surgery patients to observe group， select sixty routine incision after abdominal surgery is not an infection of the patients as control group， the two groups of patients with clinical data analysis， this paper discusses the incision infection in risk factors， and discusses corresponding prevention countermeasures. Results By comparison， it can be found that the patients in the observation group due to obesity caused by infection of incision of the proportion is35%， as a result of the surgery time is too long cause 21.67%， due to the disinfection does not reach the designated position caused by the proportion is13.33%， due to the basic disease prevention is not caused by the use ratio of 16.67%， due to the charge pollution caused by the proportion is 8.33%， due to the dressing delay caused by the proportion is 5%.
