摘要 目的:比较不同种类、不同浓度的辅料酒对牛膝饮片主要有效成分含量的影响,探讨牛膝酒炙炮制作用。方法:HPLC法。结果:不同种类、不同乙醇浓度酒炮炙的牛膝饮片中蜕皮甾酮的含量有升高的趋势,且高乙醇浓度的白酒炮炙的牛膝中蜕皮甾酮含量最高;甜菜碱的含量从高到低趋势为:生品〉白酒炙品〉花雕酒炙品〉加饭酒炙品〉河南黄酒炙品;不同浓度酒炙品齐墩果酸的含量:白酒炙品加饭酒炙品花雕酒炙品河南黄酒炙品蒸馏水炙品生品。结论:不同辅料用酒对牛膝饮片中蜕皮甾酮、齐敦果酸、甜菜碱的含量有一定影响。

[Abstract] Objective: To compare contents between Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae prepared by different wines 、its goods prepared by distilled water and Health Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae,and determine alcohol concentration on the content of Achyranthes Betaine Method:HPLC analysis.Result:the ecdysterone content between Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae prepared by different wines and Health Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae are different. The content of Betaine’s trend from high to low after prepared by different wines is Health Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae,goods prepared by white wine,goods prepared by huadiao wine, goods prepared by distilled water, goods prepared by jiafan wine, goods prepared by henan yellow wine,And prepared by high alcohol concentration of liquor, Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae’s ecdysterone is in the highest content. the ecdysterone content between Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae prepared by different wines and Health Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae are different. The content of ecdysterone in a rising trend after prepared by the wine, And prepared by high alcohol concentration of liquor, Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae’s ecdysterone is in the highest content. The content of oleanolic acid in a rising trend after prepared by different wines(Different concentrations of ethanol), And prepared by high alcohol concentration of liquor, Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae’s oleanolic acid is in the highest content. conclusion:Different types of wine mak
