浅谈县级事业单位现金管理现状及对策 邓敏 摘要：本文对当前单位现金管理中存在的问题及产生的原因进行阐述，对现金的县级事业单位现金管理中存在的现状进行分析，从管理者、出纳人员、现象、制度建设等方面逐步阐述，然后对县级事业单位现金管理存在的问题及分析，从现金管理人员的业务素质培养、领导重视程度、内部牵制等方面进行分析，最后对县级事业单位现金管理提出了对应的对策，就加强建立内部控制，加强财务人员业务素质和职业道德建设，加强对出纳岗位的重视程度，加强制度建设和检查力度，推行会计电算化，防范财务危机提出了全面、详细的设想和建议。现金管理在企业管理中的地位不容小视，要贯穿于管理的全过程，用法规、制度、程序取代随意性，盲目性。 关键词：事业单位 现金管理 问题 对策 Abstract：This paper elaborates on the existing units in cash management problems and causes, existing institutions at or above the county level management of cash on cash are analyzed in the aspects of management, gradually, the cashier, phenomenon, system construction and so on, and then analyzes the existing cash management institutions at or above the county level problem, training, from the cash management personnels service quality leadership emphasis, internal control were analyzed, the corresponding countermeasures for cash management institutions at or above the county level, to strengthen the establishment of internal control, strengthen financial personnels professional quality and occupation moral construction, strengthen the degree of attention to the cashier post, strengthen the system construction and inspection efforts, implementation of accounting EDP, presents a comprehensive, detailed suggestions to prevent financial crisis.
