特别专题 Exclusive Subject 互联网+医疗健康的探索与实践 延续性护理+互联网在帕金森病术后患者中的应用 ① ② ＊ ③ 韩斌如 陈慧娟 王力红 王惠娟 摘 要 目的：基于患者需求，开发移动健康应用程序（Application，App），构建帕金森病术后患者新型延续性护理模 式。方法：通过对某医院30名帕金森病术后患者进行家庭访视、电话随访，分析患者需求，开发App构建新型延续性护理模 式。结果：该App平台可以实现的功能有疾病知识推送、咨询及答疑，量表自评与护理计划，社区论坛等。结论：患者出院 后，使用App进行即时沟通，实现了居家护理需求的快速响应；通过对疾病知识的了解、健康状况自我监测及针对性护理计 划，满足了患者对专业护理的迫切需求；同时患者对App各功能模块的依从性也为延续性护理工作的开展提供了保障，为相 关研究的进行提供了数据支持。 关键词　帕金森病 延续性护理 应用程序 互联网+ Doi:10.3969/j.issn.1673-7571.2016.01.011 [中图分类号] R742.5;R473.74;TP399 [文献标识码] A Discussion about the Application of Continuing Nursing Care + Internet in Postoperative Patients with Parkinsons Disease / HAN Bin-ru, CHEN Hui-juan, WANG Li-hong, et al//China Digital Medicine.-2016 11(1): 34 to 37 Abstract Objective: Based on the patient needs, the mobile health application (App) is developed, and the new continuing nursing mode of postoperative patients with Parkinsons disease is constructed. Methods: Through family visits and telephone follow-up of 30 postoperative patients with Parkinsons disease in a hospital, patients needs are analyzed, App is developed, and the new continuing nursing mode is constructed. Results: The App platform can realize the functions such as disease knowledge push, consulting and question answering, scale self-evaluation and nursing plan, community forum, etc. Conclusion: After discharge of patients, App is used for instant communication, and the rapid response to the home care needs is realized; through the understanding of disease knowledge, self-monitoring of health condition and targeted health care plan, the urgent demand for professional nursing of patients is met; at the same time, patients compliance of every function module of App also provides the guarantee for the continuing nursing care work, and provides the data support for related research
