Position职位: Duty Engineer 值班工程师Reports To上级: Assistant Chief Engineer 副总工程师Summary of Position工作概要Supervising the daily work of the supervisors and associates and to ensure daily operation efficiency and safety, including the proper maintenance of machinery and equipment and assists in overseeing the economical, efficient and reliable operation of hotel utilities. Planning, scheduling, estimating, controlling and implementation of all repairs, maintenance and renovation, civil work in nature, of the whole property that are within the responsibility of the engineering department. Apply engineering principles and practices in the attainment of optimum efficiency, reliability and safety in the conduct of operating hotel facilities.监督由工程部主管和员工日常工作，保证酒店的日常高效、安全运作，包括对机器和设备的适当维修保养及保证高效、充分地利用能源。协助策划、计划、控制和实施饭店的预防性维修、保养和改造，包括土木工程，机电工程。确保饭店设施经济、有效率和可靠的运行。Key Areas主要职责:1. Daily Operational Management日常运作管理 1.1 Work Order Control System工作单的控制1）Distributes work orders to appropriate associates for follow up on rectification and ensure the order can be done timely under local safe rule to meet the standard completion rate of 95%.把日常的报修维修单及总工程师分配的其它工作分派到相关的各工种领班，并保证以上工作能在根据当地安全规范的前提下及时、满意地完成，并达到工程部制定标准完成率95%。2）Follows-up and checks reason for outstanding work orders.跟进并调查未能完成的维修单，写下原因及跟进情况。3）?Checks the work load, quality and efficiency of various sections.抽查已完成工作的质量，检查各相关工种的工作量及工作效率。 1.2 Control of All Mechanical Electrical Plant管理所有设备机房 Monitor all M E Plant of the hotel during the shift period.在当班期间对酒店所有机电设备房进行监控1）Monitors major M E plants weekly (at least once ) (Example: High, low-voltage main distribution rooms, chiller rooms, cooling towers, boiler room, pump room, the hot water switch room, sewage treatment station, fire fighting facilities in the engine room etc.) and records.在当班期间至少巡视一次重点机房（如：高、低压主配电房，冷冻机房，冷却塔，锅炉房，水泵房，热水交换器房，污水处理站，消防设施机房等）及室外灯光并作记录。Updates on latest information from log books and service reports.随时从交班记录及维修记录中获得最新设备状况信息。b.
