安徽阜阳市婴幼儿卡介菌纯蛋白衍生物试验结果分析 赵仲达，徐海洋，孙良，蒋晓东，万俊峰，杜杰 （阜阳市疾病预防控制中心，安徽 阜阳236030） 【摘要】目的 了解儿童卡介苗（Bacille Calmette-Guerin, BCG）免疫后的阳性率水平及其影响因素，促进免疫规划工作稳步开展。 方法 用卡介菌纯蛋白衍生物(Card?of purified protein derivative?of BCGBCG－PPD)试验方法，随机调查2919 名儿童接种BCG 3个月后的阳性率。结果 BCG -PPD 试验总阳性率90.89%，城区儿童阳性率高于农村儿童，城区男孩阳性率高于农村儿童。阜阳市辖区内8个县（市、区）中的界首市阳性率高于全市平均水平，颍东区、颍泉区、太和县低于全市平均水平。出生当天接种 BCG与出生 30天后接种的阳性率总体无差别；90天以内接种BCG阳性率高于出生 90天以后接种阳性率。卡痕大小与阳性率呈正相关，接种时间间隔与阳性率呈负相关。结论 卡痕可作为 BCG接种质量的参考依据。严把产科接种单位BCG接种关口，提高BCG接种及时率。进一步加强预防接种的培训和督导，规范接种操作，提高预防接种质量。 【关键词】卡介菌纯蛋白衍生物试验；阳性率；预防接种质量 Analysis?on the results of BCG?purified protein derivative?test in infants of Fuyang City Zhao Zhongda,?Xu Haiyang,?Sun Liang,?et al (Fuyang Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Fuyang 236030, China) [Abstract] Objective To understand Bacillus Calmette Guerin（BCG）vaccination quality and impact factors so as to promote safe and effective vaccination. Method 2919 of the vaccinated children were selected randomly, and to conduct the survey of seroconversion after BCG vaccination for 3 months by Purified Protein Derivative of BCG（BCG-PPD）test method. Result BCG?-PPD?test?positive transfer rate was 90.89%; urban children positive conversion rate?was higher than?rural children;?urban?boy positive rate?was higher than?rural children.?The positive rate?of?Jieshou was higher than the average level,?while Yingdong District,?Yingquan District and Taihe County were?lower than the average.?No significant difference was found for the positive rates between BCG vaccination?time at birth, after 30 days and?overall?seroconversion, whereas the BCG positive?rate for BCG vaccination?time within 90 days was higher than that of?90 days later.?The size of BCG-PPD was positively correlated with the test positive rate, whereas the time interval between birth and BCG vaccination was negatively correlated with the test positive rate.
