天津职业技术师范大学本科生毕业论文 汽车减震器生产线上料机械手 The production line of automobile shock absorber Feeding manipulator 专业班级:机自0901 学生姓名: 指导教师: 教授 学 院:机械工程学院 2013年6月 摘 要 工业机械手可以代替人手的繁重劳动,显著减轻工人的劳动强度,提高劳动生产率和自动化水平。工业生产中经常出现的笨重工件的搬运和长期频繁,单调的操作,如果没有机械手那么工人的劳动强度是很高的,有时候还要用行车员工件,生产速度大大延缓,这种情况采用机械手是很有效的。此外,它能在高温、低温、深水、宇宙、反射性和其他有毒、有污染环境条件上进行操作。更显其优越性,有着广阔的发展前途。 ABSTRACT The heavy labor industrial robot can replace the staff, significantly reduce labor intensity, and improve labor productivity and automation level. Industrial production in the often cumbersome workpiece handling and frequent the long-term, monotonous operation, if not manipulator so workers labor intensity is high, sometimes even with the employees, the production speed greatly retard, the mechanical hand to be effective. In addition, it can be in high temperature, low temperature, water, the universe, reflective and other toxic, environmental pollution condition on the operation. More show its superiority, there are broad prospects for the development. Manipulator is can imitate human arm movements and some function, with automatic operating device is fixed procedures crawling, handling objects or operating tool. In order to meet the need of production, the manipulator requires setting work in various ways, such as manual and automatic (including continuous, single cycle, single and automatically return to the initial state) work. The initial stage, the teacher asked us to access the design examples, as well as reading design data issued by the teacher. After reading, had the idea in my mind. The design of the main points, focus, difficulties are clear. Including the principle of design, pneumatic system design of manipulator grasping mechanism from the big side. After thinking, route definition I will design for the mechanical hand is introduced, the design principle of pneumatic system design, grabbing manipulator.
