本科生毕业论文 银龙集团成本控制调查分析 院系名称 会计学院 姓　　名 学　　号 专　　业 会计学 指导教师 2012年月日 摘 要 企业是以盈利为目的社会团体，追求的是经营利润最大化，降低成本可以提高盈利水平，而要降低成本，就必须进行科学的成本控制，其实，成本控制是一门花钱的艺术，而不是节约的艺术。因此，本文从如何搞好企业的成本控制，使企业以低成本为优势从而能获得更大的利润空间出发，以调查分析，搜集资料等多种方式为写作方法，对企业的成本控制进行调查分析，从调查分析来看：企业成本控制是企业增加盈利的根本途径，直接服务于企业的经营目的。降低成本是企业最为重要的用以抵抗内外压力的武器，它是企业生存和发展的基础。企业可以凭借其成本低的优势，在激烈的市场竞争中获得有利的地位，扩大市场占有份额。通览全文，我认为: 有效的成本控制是企业在激烈的市场中成功与否的基本要素。企业建立起一套符合自己特点、满足自己要求的控制体系、办关键词：成本管理成本控制 Abstract From how to do well the cost control of the enterprise, make the enterprise with low cost for the advantage which can obtain greater profits out, use the method of analysis of collected data, such as a variety of ways for writing method, investigation analysis the enterprise’s cost control..From the investigation analysis: The cost control of enterprise is the fundamental way to increase profit of enterprise, direct services to the business purpose. Reducing cost is the enterprise most important to resist the pressure inside and outside the weapon; it is the basis for enterprise survival and development. Enterprises can rely on its low cost advantages, in the fierce market competition to obtain a favorable position, expand market share.
