Classical journal papers in different topic of this course Course Description This syllabus describes one research oriented course in the field of management and organization studies, and by this syllabus, you will get an outline of this course. This course is designed primarily for graduate students major in management, and builds around a series of class sessions organized to offer an opportunity for students to understand organizational and managerial behavior through different theoretical perspectives. Each perspective draws attention to significant aspects of the organizing process, and provides a distinctive means of understanding and managing organizational situations. This course will help you learn about how to use these perspectives as tools for observing and analyzing organization in the real world. People often tend to change and shape their environment through research activities. Organization and management research presents several advantages: In the first place, idea, thought and information derived from empirical and theoretical research may contribute to the improvement of problem-solving activities such as problem identification, policy development, and program implementation while, at the same time, helping to avoid unintended consequences that are always a risk when new alternatives are being tested. Second, organization and management research may provide better social knowledge through societal feedback in the process of policy-making. As a new problem situation emerges, the organization is faced with many uncertain, ambiguous variables pertinent to the problem. Under this
