Strengthening financial supervision in the hydrological infrastructure projects is the important guarantee for good management and use of the construction funds. On the basis of analyzing finance regulatory requirements of hydrological infrastructure project and current shortages of the financial supervision platform of the competent hydrological department, it explores new patterns of hydrological infrastructure financial management under the new situation, raises the business requirements and processes of financial supervision platform, projects the functionalities of financial supervision platform, completes architecture design of financial supervision platform. The financial supervision platform of hydrological infrastructure is constructed following the principles that “the central government, river basin institutions and provinces unify deployment, the cities and counties share together”, and provides informatization services for financial supervision of hydrology and water resources construction projects.
