摘要：南水北调工程是缓解我国北方水资源短缺和生态环境恶化状况、促进全国水资源整体优
化配置的重要战略举措，是一项兼有公益性和经营性的超大型项目集群，其建设管理和工程技术
方面的复杂性、艰巨性和挑战性，是其他工程建设中不曾遇到的。南水北调工程开工建设以来，
紧密结合工程实际以营造工程建设环境为基础，以强化项目管理为核心，以市场配置资源为手段，
以推动科技创新，提高管理水平，构建和谐社会为目标，积极探索，开拓创新，有力地促进了
许多工程关键技术问题的顺利解决。本文着重对南水北调中线工程建设中的若干关键技术问题
进行阐述，总结工程技术攻关中的体会和做法，同时对中线工程建设中后续重大技术问题进行
设想和展望。
