金融企业员工激励制度现状及问题分析
摘 要企业员工激励制度是当代企业管理的一项重要工作,对企业的可持续发展起到相当重要的意义。员工激励制度是通过一套附有理性化的制度来表现出员工与企业相互作用的表现。通过工作激励可以把员工放在合适他的职位上,并且在员工自身能力条件满足的情况下,可以互换岗位来增加员工对各个岗位的理解和兴趣,增加员工的积极性和保持一个兴奋的状态。另一方面,企业通过多方面、多种类的激励可以使员工对企业产生归属感、认同感,在员工对公司认可信任以后能够激发出员工的积极性和创造性。针对上海金融信息服务有限公司(以下简称“上海金融”)员工激励制度中存在的问题做出合理的修正,实现企业良好的发展和可持续性。本文在阅读大量有关激励制度的文献基础上,结合人力激励制度的相关知识和企业实地调查的情况。对上海金融现有的员工激励制度存在的不足做出了具体研究,同时制定出了相对应的方法来弥补有缺陷的地方。希望通过新的制度能完善员工激励制度,提高员工的整体素养来达到企业整体能力的进一步提升。关键词:人力资源管理;问题及分析;员工激励ABSTRACTEnterprise?which is very important for the sustainable development of enterprises.The employee incentive system is a performance of the interaction between employees and enterprises through a set of rational system.. Through the work incentive can put the employee in the right position for him, and under staffs own ability conditions are satisfied, can swap jobs to increase employees understanding and interest in various positions, increasing the employees enthusiasm and maintain a state of excitement. On the other hand, the enterprise through the many, many kinds of incentive can make the staff of enterprise to generate a sense of belonging and identity in the staff of the company recognized trust can stimulate the staffs enthusiasm and creativity. According to the Shanghai Financial Information Service Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Shanghai financial) employee motivation system in the presence of make reasonable correction and achieve good enterprise. On the basis of reading a lot of literature about the incentive system, this paper is based on the relevant knowledge of human incentive system and the situation of enterprise field investigation.. The problems of the existing employee incentive system in Shanghai are studied, and the relative methods are worked out to compensate for the defects.. Hope that through the new system can improve the employee incentive system, improve the overall quality of the staff to achieve the overall ability of the enterprise to further improve.Keywords: human resource management;
