护理风险管理在急诊科护理管理中的应用 　　【摘要】 目的 研究护理风险管理在急诊科护理管理中的应用效果。 　　方法 以急诊科2013年5月～2014年1月期间收治的未实施护理风险管理的113例患者作为对照组，仅实施常规护理，以2014年5月～2015年1月期间收治的114例患者作为研究组，在常规护理基础上实施护理风险管理，对两组急救不到位、护理缺陷、护理投诉比例情况进行统计分析，并采用调查问卷对两组护理满意度与护理质量进行评价。 　　结果 研究组急救不到位、护理缺陷、护理投诉比例分别为0.88%、2.63%、3.51%，护理满意情况评分为（96.17±2.74）分，护理质量评分为（94.47±2.20）分；对照组急救不到位、护理缺陷、护理投诉比例分别为17.70%、19.47%、22.12%，护理满意情况评分为（74.52±2.25）分，护理质量评分为（73.26±2.13）分，两组护理管理效果比较差异有统计学意义（P0.001）。 　　?Y论 护理风险管理可提高急诊科护理管理的质量，降低护理风险。 　　【关键词】 风险管理；急诊科；护理管理 　　中图分类号：R472.2 文献标识码：A DOI：10.3969/j.issn.1003-1383.2017.03.024 　　【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of nursing risk management in nursing management of emergency department. 　　Methods 113 patients without nursing risk management who were admitted to emergency department from May，2013 to January，2014 were selected as control group，and this group were only given conventional nursing.In addition，114 patients who were admitted to emergency department from May，2014 to January，2015 were selected as research group，and this group were given nursing risk management in the basis of conventional nursing.Proportion of first aid was not in place，nursing defects and nursing complaints was statistically analyzed.And nursing satisfaction and nursing quality of the two groups were evaluated by questionnaire. 　　Results After nursing，proportion of first aid was not in place，nursing defects and nursing complaints of the study group was 0.88%，2.63% and 3.51% respectively，the nursing satisfaction score was （96.17±2.74），and the nursing quality score was （94.47±2.20）.Proportion of first aid was not in place，nursing defects and nursing complaints of the control group was 17.70%，19.47% and 22.12% respectively，the nursing satisfaction score was （74.52±2.25），and the nursing quality score was （73.26±2.13）.Difference of nursing management effects between the two groups was statistically significant（P0.001）. 　　Conclusion Nursing risk management can improve the quality of emergency nursing management，and reduce
