炼销公司物流管理浅析 　　摘要： 炼销公司是中国石化下属负责系统内液化气、沥青、石油焦、硫磺、石蜡等炼油产品统一销售的全资子公司，主要通过提高产品销量和市场占有率来增加企业利润，随着国内油品市场的全面开放，来自国际大石油公司的竞争压力逐步增加，产品传统获利空间不断被挤压，由于市场逐渐从卖方市场向买方市场转变，企业长期合作的大客户的选择空间更大、更为自由，企业发展面临着严峻的考验，如何提升物流服务质量，增加产品销售的附加值；如何加强物流管理，降低物流成本，成为企业留住客户、挖掘销售利润空间的重要手段之一。另外，随着公司开展饱和液化气互供的运输业务，对危险品货物的运输质量及运输安全的要求更加突出，如何提高危险品运输的过程管理和监控，不仅对公司业务至关重要，更对维护社会经济健康稳定发展意义重大。本文就炼销公司存在的物流管理的问题进行了分析，并针对问题提出了物流管理的具体建议，希望能对炼销公司的物流管理工作有所帮助。 　　Abstract： Sinopec Refinery Product Sales Company Ltd. is a professional sales company， responsible for unified sales operation of liquefied petroleum gas， asphalt， petroleum coke， sulfur， and paraffin， which is mainly through improving product sales and market share to increase the profits of enterprises. With the full-scale opening of domestic oil market， the competition form international major oil company gradually increases， whereas the traditional profit space continually declines. Sinopec Refinery Product Sales Company have to face severe tests， especially in such a condition the domestic pricing mechanism is still not perfect. Hence the operation optimization becomes one of the approaches for enlarge the sales profit space. How to improve the logistics service quality， increase the added value of product sales， How to strengthen the logistics management， reduce the cost of logistics， is become an important means for enterprises to retain customers， mining sales profit space.
