The Product Owner will explain the team which items are the most important for the business. The team is responsible to select which one they can implement without big technical challenges. Then the team will move regarding items from the Product Backlog to the Sprint Backlog. Daily Scrum and Sprint Execution Every day at the same time and place, the Scrum Team members will take around 15 minutes to tell each other. What I did in previous day?What I am going to do today?Is there any blocking issue?We should keep Standup meet short, you can bring up your concern, but we don’t go deeper into it in the meeting, we can have more discussion after the daily standup.Sprint Review Meeting Once the Sprint implementation is completed, the team will have a Sprint Review Meeting to show a demo about what we achieved for this spring, we should involve the Product Owner and product manager or everyone else who has interest. The meeting should have a live demo, so that we can collect feedback about the implementation from team.
