新形势下的现代都市农业探讨 国秀网 ? 作者：侯满平 ，刘光萍　郝晋珉?时间：2007-1-29 整理您的相片。下载 Google 的相片软件 ????新形势下的现代都市农业探讨侯满平1 ，刘光萍2　郝晋珉3（1.中国防卫科技学院，北京 101601；2.东华理工学院，抚州　344000　3.中国农业大学，北京 100094）摘要：现代都市农业是当前城市发展的必然产物。本文依据发展都市农业必须遵循的生态学、生态经济学原理和区位理论，产品质量精品的理念，以及城乡一体化的新农村建设思想，提出了现代都市农业的总体构思及其功能区划，主要区划为四区：生态屏障区、生产区、旅游休闲区及示范辐射区。在区划中体现了现代都市农业的时代性与功能性，突显了现代都市农业的生态功能及旅游休闲功能。并以北京市为例论证了现代都市农业模式。本文在前人的研究基础上，提出了具体的建设性原则和独特的功能区划观点，对都市农业的发展和新农村建设有着理论指导及现实意义。关键词：新农村建设；现代都市农业；功能区划；北京模式Discussion of Agricultural in Modern City under the New SituationHOU Man-ping, LIU Guang-ping, HAO Jin-min(1. China Agricultural University, Beijing 100094)Abstract: Agriculture in modern city is the inexorable product with the city development at present. In accordance with regarding ecology and ecological economics as the basic principle, position theory as its guideline and science and technology as its productivity, and fine quality as the production standard, and integration of urban and rural areas as the tactics for the new countryside building, the paper proposes the total idea of agriculture in modern city and its function district zoning, and the main district is divided into four districts: ecological protective district, production district, tourism and leisure district and demonstrating district. The modern metropolis agricultural time and function is manifested and the agricultural ecology function and the traveling leisure function are also emphasized. Finally the paper proves the agriculture model in modern city by regarding Beijing as the typical model. This research carries on the predecessors foundation, and has the unique viewpoint in the thought principle and function district zoning. The paper has the theory instruction and the practical significance to the future metropolis agriculture development and new countryside building.Key words: New countryside building; Agriculture i
