从阴阳相关论“肺与大肠相表里”

摘要： “肺与大肠相表里”是中医特色理论之一。多年来，对于“肺与大肠相表里”理论的研究是多方位
的，除了中医理论内涵的阐述，还包括借助现代医学实验手段从微观水平研究肺与大肠之间的内在联系，以及通
过病例观察和临床疗效分析肺与大肠表里关系的临床指导意义。文章主要基于对中医古籍的研究，希望能够追源
溯流，从根本上认识“肺与大肠相表里”，并从阴阳学说出发，探讨“肺与大肠相表里”之表里以及关系，以便
更好的理解“肺与大肠相表里”的中医理论内涵。

Discussion on the lung and the large intestine being interior-exteriorly based on the
related theory with yin-yang theory

Abstract: The theory of the lung and the large intestine mutually interact is one of TCM specific theory. For many
years, researchers study the theoretical meaning, modern mechanism with experimental methods and clinical application of the
lung and the large intestine being interior-exteriorly related theory. In this paper, the author wants to understand the lung and the
large intestine mutually interact thoroughly by discussing the theoretical origin which is based on study of TCM ancient books.
In order to better realize the TCM intension of the theory , the writer also discusses on the the lung and the large intestine being
interior-exteriorly related theory with yin-yang theory.
