Value Engineering ·165 · 环渤海地区产业集聚影响因素的实证分析 ———以制造业为例 Empirical Analysis on the Factors Influencing Industrial Agglomeration in Bohai Region ： Case Study of Manufacturing Industry 马菁鸿MA Jing-hong ；张锡宝 ZHANG Xi-bao （青岛大学国际商学院，青岛266071） （International Business College of Qingdao University ，Qingdao 266071 ，China） 摘要： 本文利用2000-2009 年环渤海地区内三省两市的面板数据，对区域内各因素对制造业集聚水平的影响进行了实证研究。 实证结果表明：虽然在地区工业集聚的各种因素中，新经济地理因素具有收益递增作用得到了一定程度的证实。然而各地区由于自身 市场、环境、自然禀赋具有独自特性，故区域内各地区政策制定中应当根据各自的特性不同而有所偏重。 Abstract: In this paper, 2000-2009 panel data of three provinces and two cities in the Bohai region is used to make an empirical study to the influence of the factors in the region on manufacturing industry agglomeration level. The empirical results show that in a variety of factors about the regional industrial agglomeration, new economic geography factor has the role of increasing returns to a certain extent.
