Nevertheless , the motivation in real life is not always very effec- tively. Contingency motivation , which is on the variety of circumstances , the specific characteristics of the main principal and the complexity of the society , enters into the each part of motivation system dynamically and multi - dimensionally in order to seek all kinds of the best matching relationship in the motivation structure. The motivation becomes more systematic , modeling and scientific through the contingency analysis of its process.
