摘 要 如何有效激励,不仅是管理学和经济学领域研究的热点问题之一,也是管理实践活动的本质所在。然而,现实中激励
并非总是有效。权变激励观针对情境的多样性、主体的特殊性和社会的复杂性,从动态的、多维的视角切入激励系统
各要素,寻找激励结构中的各种最佳匹配关系,通过对激励过程的权变分析使激励结构化、模型化及至科学化,从而
优化激励过程,提高激励有效性。

Abstract: How to motivate effectively is not only one of the hot research spots between the fields of management and economics , but also
the essence of the practical activities by the management. Nevertheless , the motivation in real life is not always very effec-
tively. Contingency motivation , which is on the variety of circumstances , the specific characteristics of the main principal and
the complexity of the society , enters into the each part of motivation system dynamically and multi - dimensionally in order to
seek all kinds of the best matching relationship in the motivation structure. The motivation becomes more systematic , modeling
and scientific through the contingency analysis of its process. As a result it can optimize the motivation process and improve its
effectiveness.
