既有公共建筑论文：山东省既有公共建筑玻璃幕墙节能改造技术研究 【中文摘要】本文以山东省既有公共建筑玻璃幕墙外围护结构节能改造技术为研究内容,对山东省既有公共建筑玻璃幕墙外围护结构现状进行系统调研,其中包括不同材料、不同构造形式的玻璃幕墙的热工情况、外观现状及应用情况。在调研的基础上,针对能耗较高的既有公共玻璃幕墙外围护结构建筑,提出了适用于山东省既有玻璃幕墙的节能改造的技术措施。并借助DeST建筑环境模拟分析软件,结合工程改造实例,对实施改造的玻璃幕墙热工性能、建筑能耗状况,及改造前、后的投资收益进行分析评价,对节能改造技术措施和可行性进行研究。从而促进既有公共建筑玻璃幕墙节能改造技术的应用推广,达到降低既有公共建筑玻璃幕墙能耗、节约能源、提高室内舒适性的。 【英文摘要】This paper has both public buildings in shandong province glass curtain wall outside the structure for the research content energy saving transformation technology of shandong both public building glass curtain wall outside the structure system present situation investigation and research, including different materials, different structural form of glass curtain wall thermal conditions, appearance status and the application situation.
