产品设计开发阶段论文：安防企业产品设计开发阶段成本控制研究 【中文摘要】产品设计开发阶段是企业生产经营的关键环节,产品成本构成中大部分在此阶段就已确定。根据大量研究表明,产品设计开发阶段锁定了80%的产品成本,也就是说产品设计开发阶段的工作完成后,此产品的大部分成本己成为约束性成本,后续阶段对成本控制的影响不大。因此,为了提高企业成本控制效率,达到成本控制,我们必须注重产品设计开发阶段的成本控制研究。本文主要针对如何进行产品设计开发阶段的成本控制问题作进一步地深入研究,旨在为探索新成本控制方法的安防企业提供相关理论和应用上的借鉴。以下三部分构成了本文的主体。第一部分,首先从选题背景出发,分析我国安防企业成本控制的现状,说明了进行产品设计开发阶段成本控制研究的必要性,并对此研究的相关理论基础进行了概述,为后面深入分析作了必要的理论铺垫。第二部分,主要介绍了产品设计开发阶段成本控制理论和四种常见的成本控制方法。在此基础上提出了新的成本控制方法,并介绍了其相关知识。第三部分,通过S公司的案例,说明了第二部分所采取的成本控制方法在实际中的具体运用。通过对S公司进行产品设计开发阶段的成本控制分析,对公司现行的成本控制问题提出了一些改善措施。 【英文摘要】The stage of product design is a critical step for company. Most elements of product cost are formed in this stage. Majority of researches show that 80% of the product cost is decided in the product design stage, which means product cost is almost fixed in the design stage and few elements can influence it even in later steps. So, in order to get efficient control of product cost, we have to put emphasis on research of product cost control in design stage.The aim of this essay is to provide relative theories and practical references to those security companies which seeking the method of cost control via doing research on product cost control in design stage.In the first part, the writer analyzed the current state of cost control in security companies in our country and gave a sketch of theory of research which is the base of deep analysis in later paragraphs. So it is necessary to do research on cost control in the stage of product design.In the second part, the writer introduced the theories of cost control in the stage of product design and four common methods of cost control. Then brought up some new methods of cost control and introduced relative knowledge.In the third part, the writer showed the effect in practical use of the theories of cost control through the case of S company.
