创意产业论文：城市更新视角下的创意产业发展研究 【中文摘要】城市更新是城市持续发展中必须解决的问题。传统的城市更新理论侧重于对城市进行大规模拆迁重建,忽视城市文脉传承的重要性,导致大批的历史街区和特色建筑在城市更新中遭到破坏。而创意产业是以创意为核心要素,强调知识产权并且具有高价值增值的产业,具有知识密集型、高附加值、高辐射性等特征,能够缓解传统城市更新方式中城市文脉断裂和城市产业空心化的问题,符合城市更新的方向。本文通过研究城市更新与创意产业的关系,提出城市更新能够为创意产业发展提供良好的条件,包括吸引创意人才的聚集、营造创意产业的环境氛围、搭建创意产业发展的政策平台、提供创意产业发展的空间载体;创意产业的发展能够传承城市文脉、美化城市景观、优化产业结构、增加城市就业。同时,通过对GEM模型的修正,建立起能够反映城市更新中创意产业发展情况的UR-CGEM模型,设置具体的调查项目。并以重庆市为例,利用UR-CGEM模型设置的调查项目,采用实地调查的方法,对重庆市创意产业发展情况进行具体分析,得出重庆市创意产业发展的优势与不足,并在此基础上提出城市更新视角下重庆市创意产业发展的对策建议。具体包括:(1)抓住城市更新的契机推动创意产业的发展;(2)根据城市更新的需求合理选择创意产业发展的区域;(3)结合城市更新的现状明确创意产业的发展定位;(4)利用城市更新的文化特质营造创意产业发展的环境氛围;(5)综合城市更新的条件选择合理的创意产业发展模式。 【英文摘要】Urban renewal is the problem that must be solved in the urban sustainable development. The traditional theory of urban renewal particular emphasis on reconstructing in the city on a large scale, ignore the importance of the urban context inheriting, leading to a large number of historical blocks and characteristics damaged. And the creative industry is take creativity as its core factor; emphasize the importance of intellectual property rights; with high value added of industry. It has the characters of intensive knowledge, high added value, high radioactive, especially for the development of spatial cluster. So, the development of creative industry can alleviate the traditional way of urban renewal in the urban context and city industry .This paper researches on the relationship of urban renewal and creative industry. In addition, it is puts forward that the urban renewal can provide good conditions for the development of creative industries, including attract the creative class gathered, creative industry environment atmosphere, set up the policy platform for the development of creative industries, provide the space carrier for creative industry development.
