嘉定论文：嘉定中心城区公园绿地格局优化的初步研究 【中文摘要】随着城市化发展进程的不断加快,在人口密集、商业发达、交通拥挤的中心城区,如何找准绿地布局问题的关键缺陷,优化公园绿地布局,丰富绿地功能、提升绿地品位,是亟待解决的问题。嘉定中心城区是一个典型城市中心区,在绿化建设优化方面具有代表性。在本研究中,我们构建了嘉定中心城区公园绿地特点数据库,从公园绿地类型、大小规模、分布情况、服务半径等方面进行数据分类和比较分析,发现嘉定中心城区公园绿地建设的主要问题是,1)嘉定绿地是以大型公园为主,中小型公园、小型公园为补充的景观格局; 2)公园系统整体格局存在中小型绿地斑块严重稀缺、部分绿地类型缺失;3)公园绿地的空间分布东多西少等问题,不利于公园系统整体生态、游憩、教育等作用的发挥。在分析的基础上,提出了嘉定中心城区绿地的优化方案。该方案的主要特点是, 1)合理整合现有绿地资源,提升中小型公园绿地服务功能;2)全力贯通环城河绿带,构建中心城区滨水绿地体系;3)重视专题公园建设,充分发挥绿地的社会功能;4)划定老街景观保护区域,创造具有本土特色的精品绿地;5)加强西部地区的公园绿地建设,强调整体布局均衡;6)大力推进立体绿化,弥补绿地建设的局限性等,为嘉定中心城区公园绿地的系统规划和改造提供理论依据。 【英文摘要】Standing in the 12th five-year-plan scheme, Jiading achieve“a hundred, thousand, million, million”the grand plans for the development of green space construction is about to start, with the process of urbanization is accelerating, how the scientific and rational Parks Layout, identify green defects in the layout of the key issues, rich green features to enhance the green taste, the problem is solved.
