课程教学大纲 ? 课程名称:跨文化商务沟通 Intercultural Business Communication 课程学科类别:管理学 工商管理类 学时与学分:48/3 先修课程:管理学原理,大学英语四级 课程教学目标: 本课程的教学目标可以归结为:帮助学生树立正确的文化价值观,培养跨文化商务沟通意识,丰富跨文化商务沟通知识,提高跨文化商务沟通技能。每个人都带着自己的文化过滤镜(cultural filter)来看待周围的世界,所以,要教育学生根除一切文化歧视、文化偏见与文化成见,摈弃民族中心主义情结,还异域或异族文化以本来的面目,并学会在身处异域时把文化休克(cultural shock)的负面影响降到最低程度。要培养学生对文化差异的敏感性,学会理解和尊重不同的文化价值观与行为方式,特别要掌握与异己文化背景的人进行有效沟通的原则、技巧与方法,最终帮助学生成为“国际视野交际能力突出创新的应用型涉外经营管理人才。Culture, Subculture, and Communication (5学时) What is Culture?
