Seeing the rapid development of jingdong, public may consider to believe that jingdong is the biggest winner in e-commercial business. However, there is a huge loss behind this phenomenon.It is known to all that jingdong has always been deficit for years and it wiith the trend of enlargement. However, it begins to gain at the three quarter of 2013. Although the profit is relatively small compared to the operation revenue. Last year ,there is a fierce competition between JD and suning. Each company have give their lowest price to customers to earn the consumers attention and payment. It attract lots of people to wonder why they are so strong , their price why so cheep. Even the price is lower than the discourt in shopping mall. Different gives their opinion. Most of them said there is no profit for them and they are just want to beat the others. However , I have seen a typical arcticle about the competition.Firstly, being the headmaster of online machine platform industry. Its not easy to be monogoply or oligopoly so the best is to be the stongest. Once it have formed, its hard to change. Secondly, interactive benefit is recognized. They criticized each other and there will involve more public to join this .these behaviors not only increase their impact but also increase their sales. What a brilliant behavior. Thirdly , being a company, something that could not get out is usually happened.
