It is very helpful and necessary to study and analysis neologisms in order to grasp the new trend of the world and familiar with new directions of business activities . Business activities place an important role under the global economical circumstance . Thus, this paper aims at collecting some frequently used and classical neologisms appeared in recent 10 years. There is no language coming out without common rules .On the contrary , there must be some internal rules to follow up which is no exception for business English . Some measures such as looking up some authentic dictionaries and profound books are adopted in this paper,and jumping to the conclusion of reasons , features and ways of word formation. Meanwhile get summary in strategies and principles of translation by proper using them in the business activities. To study new words in this way is not only helpful for business man to mater and apply them and lay a ground foundation to create more new words but also useful for teaching and research work.
