真实姓名：徐涛 用户名：0909zb061 所属服务站：浙江省台州电大教学服务中心 指导教师：聂利君老师 我国银保合作业务的潜在风险及监管对策研究 【摘要】： 银行保险合作（下称银保合作）是在经济全球化和金融自由化的推动下，银行业务与保险业务相互渗透、银行资本和保险资本相互融合的产物，其已成为西方发达国家银行业和保险业开辟新市场、提高利润率的重要手段。我国的银保合作处于起步阶段，呈现出快速发展势头；但双方合作局限于简单的兼业代理层次，银行代理的保险业务在各银行总体业务比例较低，代理保险业务收入不多，还没有体现出银保合作的价值和优势。在当前银保合作快速发展中，问题不断暴露，甚至一些地方的代理业务出现大起大落。本文为了研究我国银保合作业务潜在风险的监管问题，首先应了解我国银保合作的现状，银保合作存在一些什么样的风险。本文首先从银保合作的现状入手，研究了银保合作的具体内容和组织形式，进而分类讨论银保合作可能存在的风险。针对这些风险，本文提出了我国银保合作监管体制的构想，最后又提出了具体的监管措施。 【关键词】：银保合作 风险 监管 【 abstract 】 : Bank insurance cooperation (the silver the cooperation) is in the economic globalization and financial liberalization, driven by bank business and insurance business infiltration, and bank capital and insurance capital into each other, has become the product of the western developed countries banking and insurance to open new markets, an important means of increasing profitability.
