A report documenting the test results is prepared and submitted to the customer. 所测试的支架应符合图纸和技术性能要求。测试报告对测试结果进行记录并可呈交给用户。 The load testing program shall consist of 30,000 load cycles on the base, canopy, caving shield, and links as outlined under Load Testing. 加载测试程序包括“加载测试”部分所述底座、顶梁、掩护梁和连杆的30，000次加载循环。 The prototype shield tested is to be retained by the manufacturer for future testing in the event that modifications are required after the shields are in service. 所测试的标准支架由制造商保留，以便在支架投入运行后需进行改造时进一步测试。 The prototype shield shall be tested by pressurizing the leg cylinders to a maximum pressure of 504 bar and to a minimum pressure of 100 bar for each load cycle. The shield shall be tested with the actual leg cylinders used in production of the order. During cyclic testing, the cylinder stages are to be oriented to produce maximum piston and gland side loads. The upper stage of one leg cylinder will be fully extended during cycling.
