地方本科院校转型发展研究 宋作忠 王骏飞 黑龙江科技大学 X 关注成功！ 加关注后您将方便地在 我的关注中得到本文献的被引频次变化的通知！ 新浪微博 腾讯微博 人人网 开心网 豆瓣网 网易微博 摘????要： 随着我国市场经济的不断发展, 市场对企业的生产技术领域提出了更高的要求, 企业对应用型人才的需求随之变大。就目前形势来看, 地方本科院校作为市场需求人才的主要聚集地, 传统式教育已经无法为当代社会提供符合需求的应用型人才。因此, 为了缓解人才供给需求的矛盾, 促进市场经济发展, 地方本科型院校必须跟上市场需求的脚步进行应用型人才培养的转变。转变过程要本着市场人才需求的角度出发, 以培养应用型人才而进行, 结合自身教育特色, 以应用性本科教育作为转型目标。本文从当前地方本科院校所暴露问题出发, 仔细分析出地方本科院校转型的必要性, 以提出转型的具体思路。 关键词： 地方本科院校; 转型发展; 应用型人才; 作者简介：宋作忠 (1964-) , 男, 黑龙江绥化人, 教授, 教务处处长, 研究方向为高等教育管理。 基金：黑龙江省教育科学“十三五”规划2016年度重大课题“本科教育供给侧改革理论与实践研究”的研究成果, 课题编号:GJA1316001 Research on the Transformation and Development of Local Universities SONG Zuo-zhong WANG Jun-fei Heilongjiang University of Science and Technology; Abstract： With the continuous development of Chinas market economy, the market puts forward higher requirements for the production technology field of enterprises, and the demand for application-oriented talents has become larger.As far as the present situation is concerned, local colleges and universities are the main gathering place for market demand talents, and traditional education has not been able to provide the applied talents who meet the needs of the modern society.Therefore, in order to alleviate the contradiction between the supply and demand of talents and promote the development of market economy, local undergraduate colleges must keep pace with the market demand and change the training of application-oriented talents.The transformation process should proceed from the angle of market talent demand, and train application-oriented talents, and combine the characteristics of their own education, with application-oriented undergraduate education as the transformation goal.Starting from the problems exposed by local universities, this paper analyzes the necessity of the transformation of local universities and colleges, so as to put forward the concrete thinking of the transformation.
