风电企业全寿命周期成本研究Research on Life Cycle Cost of Wind Power Plant李景文，厉一梅，杨凡，吴圣友，张戈（华 北 电 力 大 学 经 济 与 管 理 学 院 ，北 京 102206）摘要：风力发电是我国新能源战略的重要组成部分 。 降低风电企业全寿命周期成本关系风电企业经济效益的提高及风电产业的长远发展。 从全寿命周期的视角建立了风电企业设计、施工建造、运行、维护、废弃等各个重要阶段的 成本模型，并以华能东营河口风电场一期工程为例进行了全寿命周期成本分析 ， 为相关政策制定及企业管理提出 建议。关键词：风电；全寿命周期；成本模型；企业管理Abstract:Wind power is an important part of the new energy strategy of our country. To decrease the life cycle cost is of implicating in the long -term development of the wind power plants. This paper establishes the cost models of the keystages for the wind power plant，including design，c
