TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR AUTOMATION INSTRUMENT INSTALLATION WORKS Technical requirements for construction 1.1 Conditions for Instrument Installation 1.1.1 The construction drawings, related technical documents and necessary installation and operation instructions of the instruments are all ready and on hand. 1.1.2 Joint checkup of construction drawings has been made. 2.1.3 Technical preparation such as technical explanation and training has been completed. 2.1.4 The construction site has been made ready for instrumentation works, and construction procedures have been prepared and approved. 2.2 General Specification of Instrument Installation 2.2.1 The instrument installation works must be complied with the construction drawings and the operation instructions of the instruments. The model, specification and quality of the equipment and material must be complied with the Instrument Specifications. 2.2.2 Good cooperation must be made between the instrument construction works and other specialties, such as building, structure, electric, process equipment, piping and so on. 2.2.3 Among the instrument installation works, the installation of power supply equipment, laying of electric lines and construction of electric explosion-proofing and grounding works must be complied with the Code for Construction and Acceptance of Industrial Automation and Instrumentation Engineering (GBJ 93-86) and Standard for Quality Inspection and Assessment of Automation Instrument Installation Works (GBJ131-90). 2.2.4 The welding of the instrument installation works must be complied with CM-QC-TR-009 Code for the Field Welding of Equipment and Industrial Piping. 2.2.5 The purging of the air supply system, cleaning of liquid supply system, cutting method of the pipeline, and processing of high-pressure screw thread and sealing surface for threaded flange connection as well as connection of piping must be complied with the specification in the
