精品论文 参考文献 持续颅内压监测在听神经瘤术后的应用效果及护理观察 吕松阳（商丘市第一人民医院神外一科 河南商丘 476100) 【摘要】目的：研究分析持续颅内压监测在听神经瘤术后的应用及护理干预效果。方法：参照患者入院编号的单、双将60例听神经瘤术患者均分为对照、观察两组，术后均行持续颅内压监测，并分别予以常规护理与护理干预，对不同护理模式下持续颅内压监测的并发症情况与患者满意度差异给予比较，并经统计学处理。结果：观察组的颅内压监测并发症发生率与患者总满意率分别为3.3%、96.7%，对照组的为23.3%、73.3%，两组对比有明显差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：对听神经瘤术后持续颅内压监测患者施以护理干预可有效降低并发症发生率，并提升患者满意度，对促进患者康复意义重大，临床应用价值较高。 【关键词】持续颅内压监测；听神经瘤术；并发症 Continuous monitoring of intracranial pressure in listening to the application effect of nursing and postoperative observation of neuroma Lv Songyang (Shangqiu, Henan, a family of God outside the Department of God,) [Abstract] Objective: To study the continuous monitoring of intracranial pressure in listening to the application effect and nursing intervention of postoperative neuroma.
