江岸国际居住小区规划设计 学生姓名： 刘真言 指导老师： 程 娟 摘 要 对江岸国际居住小区整体性规划设计是保证居住小区功能合理和拥有良好的市场效益，同时保证江岸国际居住小区在绵阳市三台县新行政中心区开发建设中的重要作用。本次居住小区规划设计通过对新行政中心区经济基础、市政设施、人口现状的调研，结合建设用地周边自然景观资源，遵守三台县建设管理条例和相关设计规范，对居住小区建设用地进行整体规划设计。通过对居住小区总体布局、道路系统、绿地系统以及住宅建筑的规划设计，确定高层住宅建筑围合布局；强化居住小区各方面消防设计。设计住宅建筑，根据居住小区景观视线和三台县市场需求设计住宅建筑户型；设计配套商业建筑和幼教建筑，确定建筑风格。使小区形成符合三台县市场效益；集居住、商业等配套设施齐全的多种形态并存的居住小区，提升该地区城市形象。 关键词：规划；设计；居住小区；江岸国际 The planning of JiangAn International residential quarte Author : Zhenyan Liu Tutor : Juan Cheng Abstract To make the whole planning of JiangAn International residential quarter is in order to make sure that every facilities can be reasonable and possess a good benefit of market ,meanwhile, to make sure that the residential quarter could take a very important part in the developing and construction of the new aera of political center in SanTai,MianYang. This planning of residential quarter is designed according to the economic foundation、 facilities and current population about the new aera of political center, combine with the natural sightseeings around, to do the whole planning of the constructive fields for the residential quarter ,obey the construction ruels and relevance design standards of SanTai.To plan and design the whole construction land of this residential quarter.Through the whole planning of general layout plan、path system and greening system.Be certian that the High-rise residence adopts the layout of plan around together;To strengthen the fire control for every corner of the residential quarter.To design the residential building,and to design the size of the residential buildings base on the view of landscape and the market necessary of SanTai; To form a complete set of business structures and children educated structures,in the meanwhile ,to confirm the style of the architecture.According to this design of Jin
