This newly designed corn husker generates greater force of friction between corncob and friction roller in the working process so that the corncob could be equally distributed and move smoothly. As a result, better peeling effect and higher working efficiency can be achieved. The detached niblet and corn husk are discharged from different directions and thus collected separately. Corncobs are evenly distributed into each pair of the friction rollers. Under the pressure of the leaf spring, enough stress between the corncobs and friction rollers can be kept consistently. Depending on the spiral and downward gravity, the corncobs could move smoothly. Consequently, the working efficiency can be improved dramatically. This surely opens up a new way to popularize and promote this new vertical corn husker.
