谈电气自动化技术专业生产性实训模式创新中英文翻译 On English translation of electrical automation technology specializing in the production of training mode of innovation 引言: Introduction. 　　高职院校肩负着服务区域经济,培养面向生产、建设、服务、管理第一线需要的高素质技能型人才的使命。由于高职教育具有职业性、开放性的特点, 大力推行工学结合、校企合作,改革人才培养模式是培养技能型人才的必由之路。工学结合、校企合作是得到世界各国普遍认同的一种职业教育方式。它包括所有以学校与企业部门合作为表现形式的理论知识学习与实践工作相结合的教育形式, 涵盖了德国的“ 双元制”、美国的“ 合作教育”、英国的“ 工读交替式”和日本的“ 产学合作”在内的各国各种职业教育培养模式。如何突破校企合作的困境, 打通工学结合的坦途, 建立长效的校企合作机制, 实现技能型人才的培养目标。近几年来, 西安职业技术学院电气自动化技术专业坚持不断探索、创新校企合作的长效机制, 深化校企合作, 形成了“制产品、砺素能、达标准、取单证”的 “生产性实训”人才培养模式的专业特色。特别是通过构建校企合作、工学结合的“生产性实训平台”,进行生产性实训的教学模式创新,有效地拓展了校企合作的空间, 实现了互惠多赢的效果。 Higher vocational colleges have to serve the regional economy, training for the production, construction, service, high-quality skilled personnel need to manage first-line mission.
