天津工业大学毕业论文 天津市与浙江省县域经济比较研究 PAGE 2 摘 要 县域经济是城乡结合体和工农结合体，是国民经济的基础，它是以城镇为中心，以农村为基础，以市场为导向，由各种经济成分有机构成并具有地域特色和功能完备的行政区域经济。天津的县域经济总体实力与全国百强县相比有较大差距，而浙江省通过发展县域经济，以农村工业化推动全省工业化，走出了一条以民营经济、专业化市场和产业集群为特点的区域经济发展道路。因此，比较研究天津市和浙江省的县域经济发展的异同，对天津市借鉴浙江省的发展经验，改变天津市县域经济的落后面貌，促进天津城乡一体化发展具有积极意义。 本文首先从理论方面介绍了县域经济的内涵和发展模式，然后从县域经济总量和产业结构两个方面对天津市和浙江省的县域经济发展现状作了比较，并总结了浙江省发展县域经济的经验：民营经济成为县域经济发展的主力军；遍布世界的营销网络；块状经济成为县域经济发展的新模式。在认真研究天津市县域经济实际发展现状的基础上，指出天津市县域经济发展存在的主要问题：县域经济总体实力偏弱；民营经济发展落后；耕地资源、水资源贫乏，制约农业发展；城镇化水平低。最后，结合浙江省发展县域经济的经验和天津市县域经济发展存在的问题提出了相应的对策：抓住机遇，发展县域经济；大力发展民营经济；依托区域优势，发展旅游农业；推进县域城市化进程。 关键词：天津浙江；县域经济；比较 ABSTRACT County economy is a market-oriented regional economy, which main part is rural economy, and it is a fundamental national economic element. The development of county economy may affect the development of the whole social economy directly. Developing the county economy and improving the competitiveness of county economy would make great sense in building a harmonious society and realizing the goal of economic modernization. The county economy in Tianjin has some advantages, but there still exists insufficiency in some aspects. At the meantime, by develop the county economy, the overall economic level of Zhejiang Province get a huge improvement. In order to develop the county economy of Tianjin, the paper presents the county economy development experience in Zhejiang Province on This article firstly makes an introduction about the intension and development pattern of the county economy. Then this thesis makes a comparativeness of the county economy development between Tianjin and Zhejiang, in terms of GDP and industrial structure.
