PAGE PAGE I 浙江省中小外贸企业外贸融资研究 摘 要 改革开放以来我国经济飞速发展,东南沿海地区更是走在我国经济发展的最前沿。浙江省当属我国经济最为发达的省份之一，在浙江省经济结构中中小外贸企业占有重要的地位,一直是国民经济发展非常有动力的部分，中小外贸企业普遍面临的问题就是资金短缺，融资就成了广大中小外贸企业迫切要解决的问题之一，各种融资方式中以金融机构的贸易融资最为直接有效。 然而浙江省中小外贸企业却面临着缺乏贸易融资领域的高素质人才,缺乏对贸易融资的正确认识,无法根据企业自身的业务特点找到适合本企业的贸易融资策略等方面的不足,要想解决这些问题，中小外贸企业应在加强企业管理，提高企业资信，加深对贸易融资的理解等方面进行改善，同时政府应发展信用评级机构，建立完整的中小企业信用体系，拓宽中小外贸企业的融资渠道。尽快使国际贸易融资业务得到发展创新，以促进外贸融资事业的快速发展。 关键词：贸易融资；中小型外贸企业；外部环境；  Abstract China’s economy is developing quickly since reform and opening up ,the southeast coastal areas are walking in the most cutting-edge .Zhejiang province is one of the most developed provinces of china, small-medium-sized foreign trade enterprises is important part of economic structure, it is dynamic part of China’s National economy, but the lack in funds is their general problems, financing is one of the most urgent problem to be solved , trade financing is the most effective method in solving the problem. However, small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises in Zhejiang Province are faced with the lack of trade finance area of high-quality personnel, the lack of a correct understanding of trade finance to the business in accordance with the characteristics of their own to find suitable business strategies, such as trade financing deficiencies, in order to address these problems, small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises should strengthen enterprise management, improve enterprise credit, to deepen the understanding of trade financing, etc. to improve at the same time the Government should develop the credit rating agencies, the establishment of a complete credit system for small and medium-sized, small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises to broaden the financing channels. International trade financing as soon as possible the development of business innovation, foreign trade financing to promote the cause of rapid development.
